  • FOLLOW-UP VISITS: $50.00 for 30 minutes; $75.00 for 45 minutes and $100.00 for 1 hour.
  • SENIOR (65 and older) and PEDIATRIC CONSULTATION INITIAL FEE:$160.00.
  • WEIGHT LOSS RESISTANCE PROGRAM: Call for details.
